Both of us were really keen to see how our "face" and "pose" are like ....haaaa
We reached Whitelink at 2pm Sharp. Well, we were really very eager to see the photos.

Leon met up with us and showed us all our 123 photos. Hmmmm, upon viewing all the photos , I was abit disappointed, especially with our outdoor shoots at Changi Beach. It turned out to be a flop, be it the exposure, the pose or the couple. . . Something is just not right about it. Anyway, we selected the photos that we want for our wedding album in less than 20mins. I reckon its an easy feat for us because we do not have many fantastic photos to choose from . Well, you can see from the above....

There are way too many things to think and decide. We have to source for ID to start renovating our house , I have to select the colours of my evening gowns ...etc..Headache !!!

1st gown fitting- 2Aug2008

This is my first gown setting at Whitelink and I reached their studio at Kaki Bukit around 2.30pm, bringing along my 2 cousins, Rebella and Yvonne together to seek their opinions.
Whitelink arranged Jimmy to be my coordinator ..Hmm, a nice funny guy!

Decided a few things with Jimmy:
Makeup artist to be Sammi
Designer to be Doris
Photographer to be Leon
Photoshooting date set to be 18Dec2008 Thursday.

Tieing up these loose ends, Jimmy passed several wedding gowns for me to try on..
Lacy gown/Crystals gown/Layer gown/ princess gown that's white and offwhite colours.
Jimmy recommended me to take offwhite as it will better compliment my skin colour as compared to white colour.
Well, after trying 10 over gowns, i had shortlisted 1 gown , a strapless white gown with swarovski crystals on top and some shiny beads on the bottom of the gown.
Train is of acceptable length and Jimmy suggested that i better custom made a pair of heels of 5" to match my Htb and my gown.
As for evening gown, I had shortlisted a lime green gown, with swarovski crystals on the EG top and layered bottom. A nice and unique color and looks pretty nice on me. Even my bf and my cousins gave the gown a thumb up!
Hmmm, had asked Jimmy to reserve the Lime Green EG for me tentatively.

Well, shall reconfirm again on my second fitting on 20Sept2008.

WEdding date SET !

Finally, our wedding date has been set as 22March2009 Sunday. Why do we choose this date? well, we got a few dates from our Gemancer and had initially shortlisted 22nov2008 and 14dec2008 for our Big D. Eventually, we went home telling our parents that we decided to go for 14dec2008 as it is a good day for us and also myself since its better for me to get married before I turn 30.But guess what happened? My FIL told us my BF's brother had just confirmed his wedding date as 14dec2008 too! Such an coincidence! Which means to say we have to give up our selected date or to hold our wedding together with them ..... Abanding the latter idea, we decided to choose another date either 3 months before his AD or 3 mths after...Since Chinese believe there must be a gap of 3 mths for 2 "XI" events going on within a family.Sept2008 seems tooooo fast for us so we decided to choose March09 and 22 March2009 is one of the auspicious date for us....and that's HOW we settle for 22march2009 Sunday for our Big D!!!SO from now till 22March2009, we have about 6 mths to plan , prepare and get excited about.All the best to us !!!!
